Privacy policy

We collect account identity, contact information, artist profiles, release metadata, uploaded media, support conversations and royalty records to operate this service. Email/password authentication is processed by Supabase. Passwords are sent to the authentication provider and are not stored in our application database. Existing platform sign-in remains supported for previously registered accounts.

Information is used for account administration, submission review, support, security and agreed services. Files are stored privately and accessed by the account holder and authorized administrators. Service providers may process data as necessary to operate the platform.

We retain records while needed for the service, legal obligations or dispute handling. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell personal data. Necessary browser storage is used to keep you signed in; external YouTube links have their own privacy policies.
